Garavel Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram - Service Center

I bought my 2012 Dodge Durango from Garavel Chrysler Jeep Dodge in May. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Annie Granchelli. This was after visiting two other dealerships and not being able to come to Dodge in May. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Annie Granchelli. This was after visiting two other dealerships and not being able to come to terms on a deal that worked for me. I contacted Garavel and Annie responded the same day. It only took one visit for them to locate the exact model, color, etc. and for the price that worked for me. Last week (November 2012) I stopped in to the service department, somewhat unexpectedly, because a minor issue with a fan came up. Christa Iannaccone still managed to get me in and in less than 2 hours, the service department had completed both the recommended service on my vehicle and replaced the fan. Customer service means everything to me and Garavel Chrysler Jeep Dodge deserves proper recognition. I would strongly recommend this dealership. By the way, I love my Durango. More

I visited the Georgetown dealership to enquire as how to remove the soft top (which upon purchase came packed under the hardtop hindering access to the rear of the vehicle)of my Jeep.
