I recently purchased a vehicle a mounth ago from this dealership. When I left for work the truck started displaying all sorts of warning lights. I had stopped for a cup of coffee and when I got back in, dealership. When I left for work the truck started displaying all sorts of warning lights. I had stopped for a cup of coffee and when I got back in, the truck did'nt start. I jump started it and drove it right down to the dealership. I spoke with Keith and told him the problem. He took it right in and checked it out. Later that day he called me up and luckily it was only a loose battery cable and I was able to pick it up that day. The guys in the service department are great. I was worried I would have to leave the truck and find a way to get around for a couple days but that wasn't the case. More

I knew my rear tires were balding the previous times I brought my truck in for service and thanks to Christa's reminder and recommondation, I was able to get new tires in a timely manner along with the oil change. Customer service goes a long way with me and often people and businesses forget the importance of that. However, that wasn't the case with your dealership and Christa exemplifies what terrific customer service is all about. I will definitely continue to do business with this dealership. More
I brought in our 2012 Chrysler Town and Country because one of the front head lights was not working. I was amazed to find out from Keith that someone had stolen it from the car. He was very diligent in explaining to me what happend and what it would take to fix it. I had to take the car home because the dealer did not have the part. I heard back from Keith the next day telling me that he had done a bunch of research and was able to locate a part right away and had also figured out a way to fix it that would save me a meaningful amount of money. He said that if I brought in the car, he could immediately fix it. I was so pleased and impressed with his initiative and care. I had not experienced this from any other service person at a dealer. I usually have the opposite experience. He meaninfully improved my imppression of the dealership. There should be more people like Keith. I hope you can recognize his value as he truly is an asset!
