I recently purchased a vehicle a mounth ago from this dealership. When I left for work the truck started displaying all sorts of warning lights. He took it right in and checked it out. Later that day he called me up and luckily it was only a loose battery cable and I was able to pick it up that day. I brought in our 2012 Chrysler Town and Country because one of the front head lights was not working. I was amazed to find out from Keith that someone had stolen it from the car. He was very diligent in explaining to me what happend and what it would take to fix it. I had to take the car home because the dealer did not have the part. I heard back from Keith the next day telling me that he had done a bunch of research and was able to locate a part right away and had also figured out a way to fix it that would save me a meaningful amount of money. He said that if I brought in the car, he could immediately fix it. I was so pleased and impressed with his initiative and care. I had not experienced this from any other service person at a dealer. I usually have the opposite experience. He meaninfully improved my imppression of the dealership. There should be more people like Keith. I hope you can recognize his value as he truly is an asset!
