I began my relationship with this dealership 27 years ago when I bought my first jeep. Over the last many years I have purchased 5 jeeps from Paul Garavel and his dealership because they give me a great pric when I bought my first jeep. Over the last many years I have purchased 5 jeeps from Paul Garavel and his dealership because they give me a great price and excellent service. As a result, although they moved to another town 20 miles away, and even though there are at least 2 other jeep dealerships that are much closer, Pauls group is the only one to ever service the jeeps I have owned. I recognized the professionalism and thoughtfulness they give to their customers and I can depend on them to treat me and my cars well. When I arrived yesterday Christa greeted me and did the service write up. She called later to tell me what issues required attention and to ask permission before proceeding even though I give them carte blanche (trust). When returned Ramon greeted me by name, Michelle prepared the paperwork efficiently and couteously communicated what it included. Keith explained the work that was done and provided the additional paperwork. Kirk ran for my car as if I was the only customer. I am loyal to this group of professionals because they exceed my expectations (including those of the luxury dealership I purchased my family sedan from at twice the cost of a jeep). I currently have four cars in my garage and there will always be a jeep among them. I plan on buying my next new jeep from Paul next year. More

I received a coupon in the mail for a reduced price oil change on my CHrysler 200. I was reluctant to even try to get in on a Saturday but was assured there would not be a problem. To my delight I was i change on my CHrysler 200. I was reluctant to even try to get in on a Saturday but was assured there would not be a problem. To my delight I was in and out in an hour and received helpful info from Christa regarding the now lower prices on oil changes and quicker service. I was also advised to have my tires rotated which allowed me to actually rest for another 20 mins while I enjoyed a cup of cocoa and read a magazine in the very comfortable waiting area. Thanks Georgetown and Christa for your thorough and friendly service. More

I was hesitant to go to a dealership for service because you hear they are too expensive. I am so glad I tried Paul Garavel’s Dodge in Norwalk Ct. I had just moved to the area and needed some regular main you hear they are too expensive. I am so glad I tried Paul Garavel’s Dodge in Norwalk Ct. I had just moved to the area and needed some regular maintenance on my 2011 Dodge Ram 1500. Not only was the price better then the national discount auto chains service stations the customer service was top notch as well. Thank you Keith Zarembski for all your help with my truck. My experience with Christa and Keith was terrific. My only comment would be relative to price. Even though my SRT takes 7 qts of full synthetic, $170+ feels like quite a lot for an oil change. Called at about 12:10PM with an issue with a recently purchased Jeep (from another dealer mind you) and had my car back by 3:19... at NO CHARGE!!
