I came in without an appointment for an oil change and was taken right away. I was allowed to bring my big dog into the waiting room which I really appreciated. Turns out I needed a new battery and two was taken right away. I was allowed to bring my big dog into the waiting room which I really appreciated. Turns out I needed a new battery and two new tires and the work was done without my having to make another appointment. I LOVE that! Christa Iannaccone couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. I was very impressed with the quick and excellent service. Thank you! More

Keith Zarembski was extremely helpful and friendly when helping me with the servicing of my new brakes. I also needed the soft-top of my Jeep Rubicon repaired. Luis Casillas was friendly and knowledgable w helping me with the servicing of my new brakes. I also needed the soft-top of my Jeep Rubicon repaired. Luis Casillas was friendly and knowledgable when he fixed the top which I thought I would have to totally replace. I will recommend Garavel Chrystler Jeep Dodge Ram to my friends and family. When she told me that the service was going to take a few hours more then it was originally suppose to be, Christa got me into a loaner car right away. Christa was great!!! It was late in the day on Friday June 21, 2013 when I was driving past the Garavel dealership already aware my driver side headlight was out plus I was due for my regular oil change in my 2004 Dodge Dakota P driving past the Garavel dealership already aware my driver side headlight was out plus I was due for my regular oil change in my 2004 Dodge Dakota Pick-Up Truck. Expecting to set-up an appointment for next week, Christa Iannaccone not only took care of the headlight, oil change, tire rotation, air filter, and regular maintenance - but, she had it all done that day and it didn't take very long at all! Christa is one of the friendliest and best Service Advisors I've ever worked with. She always greets me with a smile and makes the service process harmless by always updating me on my vehicle status or just asking how my day is going. This is just one of the many reasons why I'll always keep bringing my vehicle to Garavel! More
