I've been going to Garavel Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram for more than 4 years now, and in that time I've never been disappointed in the quality of service, professionalism of the staff or anything else tha for more than 4 years now, and in that time I've never been disappointed in the quality of service, professionalism of the staff or anything else that pertains to the maintenance of my Jeep brand vehicle. I've mainly dealt with Keith Zarembski during that interval, and he and the rest of the staff do their best to schedule you in when it's most convenient for you - and their overall goal is to get your vehicle back to you and get you on your way as soon as possible. When other problems arise [during the complimentary vehicle inspection], I get calls updating me on the situation as it stands. A dialogue typically ensues suggesting what should get done right away, or what I can push to the next service appointment. For people mindful of their budgets, this attention to a customer's specific circumstances is so valuable. I have the utmost trust in Keith and the service technicians' that I never hesitate to ask questions and seek their advice when it comes to matters with my Jeep brand vehicle. My initial instinct to a simple problem was to seek a local garage, due to my reasonable assumption of practices and reputations of dealership habits, which I have confirmed by my past experiences. Michelle, however, restores confidence in the Jeep experience. The fist gentleman I encountered (intentionally not mentioning names) would gladly have accepted a diagnostic fee without asking questions. Michelle did not. Michelle's response was similar to that of a local and caring proprietor wanting future business. I was surprised and pleased with this level of integrity. Although my issue was solved ( a water bottle under the seat causing a warning light to go off ) did not gain you income on that instance, I assure you this: Her commitment to customer care will gain the company fair trade in the future, and has allowed me to recommend the company due to her integrity. You are to commend her. Thank you for hiring an exemplary representative. It does not go unnoticed. Please rescind your 25 word rule for the future for folks who are sincere, but not as verbose. Christina was very helpful. She was assistant running express lane. Check in was quick and easy and she kept me regularly updated on progress and ran through options for repairs when check-up was complet express lane. Will nevvvvvvvvvvvvver go back to Putnam Jeep ever ever ever ever again. Last Christmas I had a terrible problem happen to me on Christmas day and you guys took care of my girl the very next day. There was ever ever again. Last Christmas I had a terrible problem happen to me on Christmas day and you guys took care of my girl the very next day. There was a man there (suit. possible owner?) who made a comment when I said that I get my oil changed in Greenwich cause they give me free oil changes. He said, 'Well thats a very good reason to still go there'. I went back to Greenwich and they gave me a $1200 list of things I needed to do to my Jeep. I felt very leery of these 'repairs' and told myself that I would one day 'give back' to Garavel for them being so nice to me this past Christmas. I couldnt have been more surprised and pleased when my girl passed her 32 point inspection, got her oil changed, tires rotated and got an exterior car wash for next to nothing. ( Greenwich said due to State Environmental Laws they could not provide car washes... I sadly believed them for years.) Christa wowed me with not only telling me that there was nothing mechanically wrong with my girl but told me that I should extend my warranty. Done & done. I told Christa that my parents live up in Norwalk so no excuses to never not come up to Garavel to take care of my four wheeled 'girl'. You guys are great. Couldnt be more happy. Just moved to CT from Virginia Beach...This dealership was top notch in customer service! Everyone looked me in the eye, smiled, and was very pleasant. Christa was patient in explaining the inspection that would be done on my vehicle. I had questions about the brakes needing to be replaced and if the work was truly warranted. Gregg went over the history of my car with me and brought the mechanic out to talk about the condition of my car. The mechanic was knowledgeable and explained the mechanical issues to me to my satisfaction. I was hesitant about using a new dealership and Gregg put me completely at ease. I feel assured that the employees at Garavel are honest and I will continue to bring my car to them for service. More
