Arrived for an oil change and possible brake job. Keith assured me that if it was not needed then they would not do it. It was needed and while doing the brakes, they discovered that the emergency brake a assured me that if it was not needed then they would not do it. It was needed and while doing the brakes, they discovered that the emergency brake also needed to be done, which they did. They also found a bad caliper on the right front brake and had to get a new one, which they did as quickly as they could. I was informed every point of the way as to what they were doing. After completion they did a test drive and found air in the brake lines which they then went in and fixed. always happy with the service at Garavel's. More
Once again, my experience with this dealership was excellent. Keith waited on me as soon as I walked in and got my car in and out sooner than he estimated. He was very pleasant and professional. I can't express how awesome Keith is. He is always very friendly, courteous and helpful. Keith makes me feel like I am his most important customer and always makes me aware of issues with my Dodge Du very friendly, courteous and helpful. I will not take my Dodge anywhere else for service. Nick Collins also assisted me and just like Keith he is very friendly, courteous and helpful. Thank you so much for having such awesome people work in your Service Department. I also had a bad experience over the phone with Michelle Johnson. She was very short and rude. When I asked her a question about if the heat issue I had was under warranty she was very short and said "We have to see if you broke it or if it is a defect before I can tell you that" really????? If my heat just stopped working how could I have intentionally broken it. I just thanked her for that information and ended my phone converstion with her because I was shocked by her response and tone because that is not the kind of service I am used to from the Service Department. I called back and was lucky enough to speak to Nick who was most helpful and understanding and scheduled an appointment for me. I also did let Keith know when I brought my car in and he was so apologetic and I told him that he should not have to apologize for someone else's rudeness. I will never let Michelle try to help me again. More

The service given by this dealership and these two employees in particular showed the utmost character, understanding, and genuine good heartedness that could have possibly been portrayed while keepin employees in particular showed the utmost character, understanding, and genuine good heartedness that could have possibly been portrayed while keeping a professional feel throughout the transaction. I believe in commending efficient work when it is deserved, and a simple 5 on a 5-1 scale does not suffice in defining the caliber of work exemplified by what I have seen today.
