Garavel Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram - Service Center

Not sure if my last review went through so this may be redundant. I have been going to this dealership since before the name change but under the same management, Paul Garavel, since 1985. I have purcha redundant. I have been going to this dealership since before the name change but under the same management, Paul Garavel, since 1985. I have purchased 5 jeeps new and used, from them and have had them serviced only by this dealer. My experience today is good reason why. I originally had my 2004 Jeep scheduled for 12/16 for a list of items to be addressed including putting on 4 new snow tires. With the coming winter storm I asked if they could squeeze my car in today, 3 days early and they were able to accommodate me. They provided a rented car so I wouldn't have to wait, and promised the car would be ready by 4;PM. From the moment I walked in this morning and was greeted by name to when I picked up the jeep and had the work explained to me every detail was professionally and courtesously well done. This is a friendly well run place where you feel you can trust them to take care of you (fair pricing and going the extra mile to please), and your car being well maintained and serviced. Although I am looking forward to my next Jeep, a 2014, I am in no rush because my car runs so well, as if it were perhaps 2 years old not 9 years old. So I will hold onto it as it still looks good and runs flawlessly. I travel past two other closer jeep dealership to get to Garavel's and its worth it. More

A few weeks ago I put my hard top on my Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and a few days later noticed a couple of drops of water coming from the roof into the front seat of the car. He was very friendly, came out to the parking lot, jumped right in the car and found my issue. I waited a few weeks to write this review to make sure his fix worked. It did. Nick is very professional, and understands the words "Customer Service". I was very impressed with they way he handled my Jeep issue. This is my fourth occasion bringing my 2010 ram 1500 for service at Garavel auto group, during all occasions Keith has helped me. He has been both courteous and professional on all occasions. I also own a Mercedes which is serviced at the Mercedes dealership in Greenwich and I must say that the experience with Keith at Garavel has been more professional and a better overall experience than that at Mercedes. Keith had reminded me of a recall on my vehicle that I failed to address. In addition he attempted to address a strange noise that was coming from the passenger side. Great experience, great service. I was very happy with my visit. They opened early 7:27am scheduled to open at 7:30am thats Big. Free coffee and water a clean waiting room with Flat screen Tv- comfortable ,restrooms were clean too. I'm just a customer but I can be a pain in the butt ! They actually put up with me and my questions.Good job guys. For the record no I didn't buy my jeep at Garavel and no I'm not getting paid for this review. Just credit due.
