I was so happy to find a dealership that had an express service where I could just come in to get my oil changed-little did I know that my car also needed to be updated for a recall Jeep issued a little wh service where I could just come in to get my oil changed-little did I know that my car also needed to be updated for a recall Jeep issued a little while before I visited. Admittedly, I had to wait an hour and forty minutes for the system update to load properly, which made me a little more than frustrated, but that was Jeep's fault, not the staff's (I'm looking at you, Jeep internal systems). The staff at Garavel were courteous, on point, and always willing to assist me throughout my visit, far more so than I would have expected from a car dealership. In particular, Keith and Nick were polite and attentive to the fact that I had waited so long for my car to get fixed. Throughout the wait, I experienced perhaps some of the highest levels of professionalism I've encountered while in a car dealership. They were patient and took control of their staff to make sure my car was serviced in the fastest time possible. Aside from the central computer issues (which I should stress were NOT the fault of the staff) I had an overall pleasant experience. More
In August of 2013, my boyfriend bought me my very first brand new car, a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee, from a Jeep dealer in Yonkers. We had an issue with the car since the day it was purchased in that the c brand new car, a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee, from a Jeep dealer in Yonkers. We had an issue with the car since the day it was purchased in that the check engine light was always on. Multiple trips to the Yonkers service center were unproductive and the problem was never fixed. Frustrated, disappointed and at the point of taking legal action, we decided to try Garavel because of the reviews received on dealer rater. So we traveled all the way from Westchester to CT. After a few trips to CT, thanks to a determined mechanic and a dynamic Greg Cantandella it appears the problem was fixed! Everyone was friendly, accommodating and courteous. Most importantly, they were determined to find the problem and fix it and ultimately make me happy...and that they did. Thank you. More

My 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee had an electrical short resulting in intermittent loss of power. The service advisors Nick Collins and Keith Zarembski were very courteous and helpful in getting the car in resulting in intermittent loss of power. On January 17, 2014, I brought my 2004 Dodge Dakota in because it was making an awful screeching noise whenever I turned the steering wheel and there was liquid under my truck. It was diagnosed as needin because it was making an awful screeching noise whenever I turned the steering wheel and there was liquid under my truck. It was diagnosed as needing a new power steering pump so I made arrangements to have a new pump installed in addition to a serpentine belt and oil change. Three days later, the awful noise re-appeared when I turned my steering wheel and the next morning more liquid was found under my truck. I was frustrated and brought my truck to Garavel hoping to find out what happened. The diagnosis came back as rusted and leaking power steering lines. I had already paid $800.00 for the power steering pump and was quoted another $600.00 for the lines. This didn't make me very happy at all because I felt everything should have been diagnosed together and fixed during one visit and definitely not have the same problem three days later. So, I removed my truck and decided to explore other options. What Keith did next is what separates him from anyone else in this industry. The very next morning, Keith called and left me a voice message on my work phone. I called him back and he immediately wanted to rectify the problem and did not want to lose me as a customer. Up until now, I always had a very good relationship with Keith and Garavel so I brought my truck back and had both the power steering lines replaced. I can honestly say that if Keith had not made that phone call, Garavel probably would've lost me as a customer. I've said it before, Keith is a very, very big reason why I will continue to bring my Dodge Dakota to Garavel for service. More
