Scammers, go to Greenwich or know your info I have a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Brought my car to Garaval Jeep while under CPO warranty. Brought it in at 7:30am for an appt. They did not look I have a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Brought my car to Garaval Jeep while under CPO warranty. Brought it in at 7:30am for an appt. They did not look at my car until 2pm, making it pointless for a 7:30am appointment scheduling. After car was looked at, was told that it was a transmission issue(which I told them over the phone while scheduling) and that it would not be looked at for another week and a half to determine precisely what is wrong because their transmission guy was away. Another week and a half. This seemed crazy to me. Anyway, I received call the next day from KEITH saying the transmission fluid was low and black, never changed for my 30k service and I will have to pay for repair. I asked about a leak, he said they would check, called me back and said there WAS NO LEAK. I asked about my warranty, he told me Manufacturer warranties do not transfer to other dealers. So 3 things. 1. Keith Claim that my transmission fluid was not flushed per 30k Service and Jeeps Standards. 2. Keith Said I have no transmission leak. 3. Keith Said Manufacturer's warranty does not transfer to other dealers, only dealer you buy the vehicle at. All 3 of these turned out to be TOTAL LIES. Keith has worked at this dealership for a while. They have service schedules available to look at, the transmission fluid WAS leaking, and OF COURSE MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTIES ARE GOOD at all dealerships. If not for the help of JOHN CURRAN AT JEEP CHRYSLER DODGE CITY IN GREENWICH I am not sure what would have happened. So if you want honesty go to Jeep in Greenwich. If you want people who will try to screw you, go to Jeep Norwalk. Keith's manager apologized to me. My car was picked up the next day after the part causing the leak was replaced. There were fingerprints, dirt, dust, and smudges all over the hood, front bumper, front fenders and door of my car. It was also left with no gas. Very classless. More

It appears that they work seamlessly as a team to make certain that the customer is completely satisfied when they pick up their vehicle. I am totally satisfied with the service on my Jeep Grand Cherokee and on my Mercedes CLS 500. Ray Hernandez called me with a status update as promised. Car was ready when promised.The value and the quality can not be beat! I will highly recommend this dealership to friends and wrk associates. More

No matter how big or small the problem Keith professionally explains what service needs to be done, he answers my questions and concerns without making me feel as though I do not know anything. In addition Keith is courtesy, and treats me like a friend giving advice about my Jeep. Whenever I have a concern about my car I make it point to call or stop in and speak to Keith. He is knowledgeable and obviously well versed and trained in this area because every question/concern I have ever had Keith has an answer. I have spoken highly about him and the service at Garavel to friends and family and have encouraged them to buy a Jeep so that they can experience the warmth, friendliness and professionalism that Keith exemplifies as a representative of Garavel. Locks no longer working My car decided it no longer wanted to lock or unlock with the key fobs, which were tested and deemed fine. I dropped off my Jeep in the morning, received a ride to work, was called with the problem and the estimate by 12:30 and my Jeep was ready to go by 3:30 with a price that was even lower than the estimate! Keith was very friendly and helpful and I hope I work with him again next time I need my Jeep serviced! More
Tremendous Experience I was having problems with my 2004 Jeep Limited overheating. After explaining the situation to Nick, we set up an appointment for the next day, this I was having problems with my 2004 Jeep Limited overheating. After explaining the situation to Nick, we set up an appointment for the next day, this past Tuesday. When I arrived I was greeted by Nick who said welcome to the family, I felt very comfortable. I then sat down with Keith who wrote up the service request. He was knowledgeable, helpful in explaining what was going to be done, and very efficient, the whole process took less than five minutes. What was impressive was the service area had enough writers that no one had to wait too long. Keith also took care of a recall item with great ease. They then provided a courtesy ride to my home. The jeep was promised to be ready by three, and at two I received a call that the jeep was fixed and ready to be picked up. When I arrived, Nick explained what the recall was about, and I appreciated that. Again, upon arriving, paying and leaving all took less than five minutes. We previously went out of our way to take our jeeps back to White Plains jeep where be purchased them for service. Both service departments do quality work, and this one is much closer, so we are converted. When needed, since they set such a high standard, I will hold them to that, and look forward to my next service. Thanks, Joe More
