Very Satisfied with Mechanical Service I brought my 2004 Dodge Dakota into the shop on Wednesday September 24, 2014 because every now and then my truck was making a clanking noise when I do I brought my 2004 Dodge Dakota into the shop on Wednesday September 24, 2014 because every now and then my truck was making a clanking noise when I down-shifted and I wanted to get it addressed sooner rather than later, especially if it was something serious. It turned out both rear drive shaft u-joints were damaged and the tech installed leaking rear pinion seal. It appeared my vehicle may not be ready until the next day but Keith called that afternoon and to my surprise said the job was complete! I love that I can bring my vehicle into the shop on any given day and leave it there for a mechanic to inspect without waiting forever for a diagnosis. My oil change was complimentary (part of the my lease deal), and they even checked my tires, filling them up with air. In addition, they did a thorough inspection of all the major points. Christa (the express lane manager) was very good about keeping me informed of everything, and made sure I was comfortable in the waiting area while I waited. Mopar® Express Lane Im at work right now so I unfortunately don't have the name of the two young gentlemen that helped me on my past two oil changes. Im sure you can pull up my file and see who assisted me. For all I know it was the same guy as both were friendly, funny and professional. Doesn't get better than that. The express lane is perfect. I used to go to the one in Greenwich because 'it was free' and was always hit with other charges that made me raise an eyebrow and come to realize that sometimes free doesn't always mean 'great service'. On top of the express lane, you do the 32 point inspection to make sure my 4 wheeled beauty is up to par. Friendly staff. Love you guys. :) More
