Above and Beyond. I NEVER deal with car dealerships....until now. Although my reason for the visit was a recall (nobody likes the sound of those) it turned out to be a I NEVER deal with car dealerships....until now. Although my reason for the visit was a recall (nobody likes the sound of those) it turned out to be a blessing. I was introduced to the guys at Garavel Chrysler. They were above and beyond. returned phone calls promptly, did the work without a hitch, were super friendly and courteous (no small thing these days) and informed me of other issues with my car. Those issues included tires for which they gave me a replacement quote. Ive owned cars for 30 years and no my prices. This was a terrific price. Im goin back.... More

Tire Pressure Warning Light Check Nick was great and addressed my concerns regarding a tire pressure warning light on my Jeep. When I arrived at the dealership the light which had bee Nick was great and addressed my concerns regarding a tire pressure warning light on my Jeep. When I arrived at the dealership the light which had been showing up for the past week was no longer on. Nick took the time to have service check on a number of possible issues. He was not dismissive and completely addressed all of my concerns. He ultimately concluded that it was jus due to the cold weather, but the fact that he was not dismissive and truly worked with me meant a lot. I would come back to this Jeep Dealership in a heartbeat! They are much more attentive than any other dealership I've been to. More

Keith was professional and courteous- and I am positive he saved me considerable time and money with the servicing of my Wrangler.
