Nick Collins and Lawrence Pearson were extremely welcoming and very friendly. They patiently answered all my questions with a smile! Garavel's service department is top notch. I wouldn't trust my Jeep to anyone else. I feel so welcomed when I walk in the door. I am so incredibly happy with this dealership and won't go anywhere else. Oh ??NOOOOOOOOO!!!!! NOT ANOTHER TRANSMISSION????!!!!!! Yep! And it's gonna cost ya, too! That's the bad news. The good news is that I have Keith Zarembski taking care of me. He's had my back on any and Yep! And it's gonna cost ya, too! That's the bad news. The good news is that I have Keith Zarembski taking care of me. He's had my back on any and all major repairs I've had on my 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 since I bought it (used) off their lot in 2004. And though I can't say I'm really pleased with having to replace yet another transmission (my 3rd) in my truck,..... hey, that's life behind the wheel my friends. But what makes it even more unpleasant is that I need my truck for work and not having it costs me money on top of the repair bill. But Keith helped me get a really good price with a good warranty on a factory rebuild and within a couple of days, I'm back in business. He saved me a bundle of cash and precious time. Because he knows,... and he cares. And that's what it's all about. Dude,... you rock! More
