In the mail last week I was notified of a radio chip recall. I called the service center I spoke with Wrangler Rob he made my appointment and 1,2,3 I was taken care of. Had a 9:30 am apt showed up they took my car immediately I chatted with Big Mike and Wrangler Rob for a few minutes and before I knew it, my car was finished.. The easiest and quickest time at a dealership. They made my 20 minutes of waiting for my car fly by and easy... The customer service is fabulous!!! More

Great service department (especially Keith)!!! Brought my car in today due to the service light being on and it just not driving right. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and saw to it that my car was looked at quickly since I explained how much I needed it to pick up my kids from school. He even offered me a ride back home! My car was diagnosed in a timely manner and was even made driveable while another part needed was ordered. What a blessing it is not to have to rent a car! The price for repair was reasonable and I was assured my ordered part would come in by the week's end. All and all not a bad day for a car that was working badly. Thank you Garavel Jeep and thank you Keith! More

Service Very simple and easy to have my first oil change done. Unscheduled Tire Plug We own a 2014 Dodge Durango (simply awesome vehicle) that was purchased out of state yet we service locally in Norwalk, CT at Garavel Auto Group. Called them that we had a slow leak front driver side tire because we had a huge 2" bolt (yes bolt, not a nail) stuck in it. Assistant Service Manager KEITH ZAREMBSKI without hesitation welcomed me the moment I walked in with a courteous and responsive attitude. Within minutes my truck was in the garage (mind you minutes away from service closing time too) and put it on a lift, bolt removed, tire plugged - and got me back on the road Free of Charge. I have been a customer for a year and always have a great experience when I go in for service. I am writing this review due to the great customer service that I experienced today, September 21, 2015. I received a recall notification for a part and was told to make appointment at my local dealership. I did make that appointment however, there was a mix-up of the dates and when I arrived this morning; there was no appointment. Being the customer-centric dealership that they are; they took me anyway (with a smile) and actually completed the job faster so I was able to get to work earlier. They really considered my time and need to get to work, SO THANK YOU!!! More
