Coming from both a baseball and service background I think that Keith "hit this one out of the park". Even though I didn't have a appointment scheduled Keith in the service department was able to get me in and out within 45 minutes......and the place was packed! I received VIP service (even without a appointment), the work was done neat and clean and they took the Mopar coupon that my wife insisted that I use.!!!
