Happy Jeep Owner I took my car for service with a list of service updates. While all issues were originally resolved, my vent got broken and there was static when I pl I took my car for service with a list of service updates. While all issues were originally resolved, my vent got broken and there was static when I plugged my phone into the radio (after receiving it). When I presented the issues, the staff was understanding. Multiple attempts were made at fixing the car and the problems were eventually resolved free of charge. I am very happy with my experience here and would absolutely go back. The staff is a group of good guys who want to make customers happy. More

Amazing SERVICE!!! Had a 10 AM appointment, car was taken in early and within minutes, I was on my way!! Was able to sit and chat with Wrangler Rob for a few minutes while my kids were with me.. Everyone played with the kids and they even were given a little gift when we left. (Paper clips).. It kept them quiet while my car was being serviced! The BEST dealership around!! Would recommend to everyone!! I have sent 3 friends and all 3 either purchased or leased vehicles... Unplanned Service - Back on the road and happy Within the past month, my 2012 and my wife's 2011 both needed service. My 2012 blew a weld on the transmission output shaft, stranding me at a highway Within the past month, my 2012 and my wife's 2011 both needed service. My 2012 blew a weld on the transmission output shaft, stranding me at a highway onramp, and the 2011 needed a new transfer case motor mechanism. Both Jeeps were taken to Garavel for service. Our 2011 was back on the road in a couple of days - would have been sooner but parts had to be ordered from MA. My 2012 was a bit different, taking a week and a half, but there was a backlog of transmission work and I wasn't able to schedule an appointment ahead of time. Being without my Jeep was frustrating but Garavel did all they could to get me back on the road as soon as possible, and helped my wife and I out with a rental car. All said and done, Wrangler Rob, Sean, and service genius Freddy came together to help us navigate our issues and get us back behind the wheel. Thanks again, guys. More
