FAKE MAINTENANCE SERVICE I took my vehicle to this location to get an oil change on 12/7/15 and after 20 minutes of waiting, I was told the vehicle Was ready, which I was I took my vehicle to this location to get an oil change on 12/7/15 and after 20 minutes of waiting, I was told the vehicle Was ready, which I was surprised how quick they perform the oil change. When I go back to the car to realize that the never even move the car from where I parked it. They just changed the mileage label on the windshield expect me to believe that they performed the job. And for the first time they never even gave me a receipt. I sent an email to paul garavel in regards and still waiting for resolution. More

The service staff are very courteous and professional and take time to answer questions and explain the process. They were very honest about the scheduling issues and didn't make promises they couldn't keep. Great Customer Service I came in to get an oil change without making an appointment (the website said that an appointment was not required). Apparently, that was no longer true and the website hadn't been updated, but Rob took me right in. He was extremely nice and understanding about it.
