Service Dept is fantastic Service was excellent and Keith did a great job keeping me in the loop with service and repairs. Still waiting.... So my radio went out on my truck and I took it to garavel on September 1st and was told they didn't have it in stock and it would take a week 2 weeks So my radio went out on my truck and I took it to garavel on September 1st and was told they didn't have it in stock and it would take a week 2 weeks tops. I also had them program a new key but was told it didn't work and now my automatic starter on the original key won't work. I waited 3 weeks and called to find out the guy I was dealing with was fired and they didn't get a number they needed to order the radio. I took it back in so they could get the number where I was told it would be a few days a week tops. Well a week came up and still nothing so I called again and spoke to a rude guy named Dave and he gave me the same run around saying a week tops so I told him what's been going on and how they told me that twice already and he hung up in on my face great customer service.... come to find out that the radio wasn't ordered until October 4th long story short it is now November 25th and still no radio More

Keith Zarembski is my go to guy I always use Garavel for servicing my 2012 Dodge Durango, which I purchased there, from Annie Granchelli, 5 years ago. Keith Zarembski is my go to guy in the Service Dept. He always gives me sound advice, makes scheduling easy and I leave feeling like I've been taken care of on a personal level.
