Service was completed on time and very courteous and professional. I do find some aspects of the service to be expensive (e.g., cleaning fuel injectors) whi was completed on time and very courteous and professional. Oil change, first service, went smoothly No surprises, and they also did a recall I wasn't aware of. Nice waiting room - tv, coffee/drinks, bagels, comfy chairs. Granted, extremely expensive for an oil change/tire rotation ($122), but as this was the first service, we thought it best to look over the whole car for anything. The last Jeep we purchased at another CT dealer included the first service free, which was extremely helpful and appreciated. They also did a recall service - that was fine, except we were never notified of a recall, so this is scary. More

SLOOOOOW Service Appointments are worthless, because they get to your car when they get to it. And when they do, it’s so slooooooow. Like most service shops - they a Appointments are worthless, because they get to your car when they get to it. And when they do, it’s so slooooooow. Like most service shops - they always try and upsell you on repairs you don’t need, and overcharge for the ones you do. Bad communication, long wait times make this service center just a real headache! More
