Awful. How could you do this to customers. Scheduled appointment to have a roof leak repair was not completed - in fact was not started. We received no notification that the service/repair was Scheduled appointment to have a roof leak repair was not completed - in fact was not started. We received no notification that the service/repair was not to be completed until we called to inquire about pick up. Horrendous on all levels. It matters not that you use an outside technician to do these repairs. If you let him on your property you own him. As far as I know he works for you. I waited 3-4 weeks for the appointment and was in the meantime juggling family cars and renting so that everyone could have access and get to work and school. Then to find out after all of that when we had a promised service date that the car was not even touched is unthinkable. In this situation what I would have done is offered a permanent loaner at no cost and endeavored to find out where the technician was working next to see if the car could be taken there. That apparently was beyond the range of the service staffs training manual. TJ Telesco handled the follow up call as well as could be expected but apologies and a promise to get in right in a few weeks which we now have to wait out again are insufficient. You asked so I'm letting you know. Horrendous. More

Poor Service and Customer Follow-up Dropped off my car for a recall, check engine light and the replacement of ONE headlight bulb. Four days and a large bill later, I received a call tha Dropped off my car for a recall, check engine light and the replacement of ONE headlight bulb. Four days and a large bill later, I received a call that everything was fixed. When I went to pick up my car, not only does the one headlight still not work, but now ALL of the front end lights are out. The car is still with them with no updates on what happened and when it will be resolved. Getting the service manager on the phone is impossible and it looks like I’ll have to take another day off and sit in the waiting room to get any action. Is it too much to expect that they would have actually turned on the headlights before saying it was fixed? More
