GARAVEL SERVICE WITH KEITH Z. I brought my Jeep in for service because the check engine light was on. Thankfully the Ninja like intuition of the Garavel technicians were able to di I brought my Jeep in for service because the check engine light was on. Thankfully the Ninja like intuition of the Garavel technicians were able to diagnosis that I had a bit of an oil leak. Thankfully it was all caught and rectified before it became a more serious issue. Otherwise I may have been forced to make the decision as to whether or not my next move was to walk across the street to the Wells Fargo Bank and commit armed robbery or take my vehicle out behind the woodpile and shoot it. My service writer Keith was attentive to my concerns and took the time to explain to me what was going on in plain English; the only time Keith wasn't was so that he could redirect his focus on a wounded bird that was out in the lot. As the bird was flapping around, from what appeared to be an injured wing, a car was bearing down on this helpless pit of poultry but Keith's meteoric speed was able to reach our avian friend before it became something more akin to what you might spread across a nice soda cracker with a bit of cheese. After that interruption he was back giving me his full attention... well except when he broke away again to by cookies from a girl scout and help an elderly woman cross the road. Overall though top notch service and will definitely be back. More
