Went in after my initial phone call to check on financing for a jeep wrangler. I ended up being told that my car as a trade was not worth what I had originally been told and the sticker of the wrangler was for a jeep wrangler. I ended up being told that my car as a trade was not worth what I had originally been told and the sticker of the wrangler was not negotiable. My phone call prior to my visit was promising but then once I was at the dealer it was a horrible experience. I ended up purchasing from Scap Crysler Jeep in Fairifield where they gave me $1700 more for my trade and negotiated the sticker. More

Dropped off a 2001 JGC for what should have been minor repairs i.e., left turn signal malfunctioning, rear hatch lock motor making sounds, and passanger side window motor broken. The car came back with t repairs i.e., left turn signal malfunctioning, rear hatch lock motor making sounds, and passanger side window motor broken. The car came back with the turn signal still not working, the window motor not fixed, and nice new dent in my rear hatch. I never would go back there again. More
