We apologized to this customer and assured her it would not happen again. We try to be very sensitive to our customer's needs and respectful of their schedules but obviously failed in this case. We also tried to find out what happened with the customer's bill and why there was a discrepancy between the original quote and the final amount. Unfortunately, without more information from the customer we have not been able to trace the transaction. This is not common practice for us and we would like to know where our process failed.

I wanted to apologize to this customer for his being inconvenienced. Every potential car purchase has several different facets and vehicle appraising is certainly not an exact science. This dealership is under new management and we are very aggressive with both our prices and our trade-in values. We should have done much more to retain this customer.
