I have a 2004 Chrysler Concorde that I purchased used 2 and a half years ago and have been using the auto shop I bought it from for all service related needs. I recently got a mailing with a promo from t and a half years ago and have been using the auto shop I bought it from for all service related needs. I recently got a mailing with a promo from this dealership for a $99.00 brake pad replacement and since my brakes were squeeking a bit, I thought I would use it and get that taken care of. All I wanted was the front brake pads to be replaced. I made that perfectly clear. I made an appt. with this local Chrysler/Jeep dealership that i had used once before for a recall which is how they had my name in their mailing list. Went in for appt. told the service rep what I wanted, gave them the coupon and was told it would be "about an hour". I waited in the waiting area, working on my laptop, and almost two hours later, was called up to the service desk. They said they hade "looked over" the car, and the estimate for the work needed to be done was $2,200+!~ I couldn't believe it and knew instintively in my gut that coming to this dealer where they would "go service/repair fishing" for any work possibly needed on the car that I didn't want or request would be located and checked and noted for replacement. When I was brought back to the car to see the mechanice and the 'needed work' all tires were off? I just wanted to the front brake pads to be replaced! Of course they tell you that they do a 30 point inspection for 'safety reasons' on every car but the bottom line is that we all know that is a way for them to get more service $ out of every person who brings their car into the shop. If I didn't want or refused to have the work done, they were going to make me sign a form saying I understood the car was "not safe" for legal reasons. I feel like i just got totally ripped off. So they had to get me a rental car and I was told the work would not be finished by the end of the day but would be called in the a.m.. I did not get a call until 3:45 the next day and was told they would be around for about another 45 minutes to an hour before closing. I couldn't make it back so I had to wait until MOnday a.m to go get my car an pay almost half of what i bought the whole car for 2 and 1/2 years ago for repairs that in my mind/opinion did not need to be done. I usually fix things on the car when they need it or brake. Not proactively repair everything under the sun for the good of the dealer cash flow. More

Being overwhelmed by the thought of the repairs, I lost it. Keith Zarembski was the unfortunate soul on the other end of the phone. He sat and explained thoroughly what the problem was and what would be the best way to handle it. He was professional, knowledgable and compassionate. I highly recommend this dealership's service department and will definitely return because of Keith Zarembski. More
Mark was great to Oliver and I. After walking in he greeted us and immediately began listening to what we were looking for. Without being pushy, he found us the car we wanted for the price we could afford and even gave us what we were looking for with our trades. Within a day our vehicle was at the dealer ready for pick up. Couldn't have been happier with Mark and the service from the dealer! Will definitely come back. More
Great experience! Wish all my car buying/leasing experience went this smoothly and with such professionalism! Our salesman, Mark Ballaro, was fantastic and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Walking into the dealership without an appointment, I was greeted by the receptionist and directed to Mark Porcheddu, one of the salesmen who was there. He promptly greeted me and sat me down to talk about greeted by the receptionist and directed to Mark Porcheddu, one of the salesmen who was there. He promptly greeted me and sat me down to talk about my needs and my particular interests. After two minutes of talking, I realized that I was talking to a guy who was neither trying to pressure me, nor trying to feed me a line. When I told him I had interest in a used car, he didn't blink an eye and began talking to me about their cars in stock. We were able to find something in my price range on the spot and I felt so comfortable with him that we ended up signing initial paperwork almost immediately. I was so happy to not only find a wonderful and well-maintained vehicle, but also one that was Pre-Owned Certified and had very low mileage for its age. Needless to say, I enjoyed talking with Mark so much, that we actually developed a great rapport and have maintained a correspondence relationship. He was so professional, but so down-to-earth, and that was key in helping me to make a quick decision. Even after the sale, Mark was still engaged and interested in my driving experience for me and my family. At one point, I had driven all the way down to Norwich from New Britain (a one-hour drive) with my whole family (six of us) and actually forgot the key to my other car that I had intended on picking up. When Mark heard about our situation, he went to his supervisor and asked him for a special contribution to our gas fund and handed me a slip of paper entitling us to $25.00 in gas to make up for our lost fuel. I was floored and so appreciative. Even after I turned down the gesture, he insisted. This was the kind of service I thought did not exist anymore. The entire staff was courteous and the overall atmosphere of the dealership was one of low pressure and comfort. Being an hour away from the dealership is a bit unwieldy, but based on the high level of professionalism of this staff (and particularly, Mark) I will make the trip for service whenever the need arises. If I have any automobile needs in the future, I won't be going anywhere else. Truly a diamond in the rough among dealerships. I would highly recommend this business to friends, family, and strangers alike. Thanks, Mark! More
Two things about me: I never have a lot of time on my hands, and I don't like the "hard sell" approach, especially when it comes to cars. Mark was fantastic at Georgetown; helpful, intuitive, smart, easy hands, and I don't like the "hard sell" approach, especially when it comes to cars. Mark was fantastic at Georgetown; helpful, intuitive, smart, easy-going, friendly and answered all my questions in a timely, efficient manner. I was a "Be Back;" meaning, I had one visit and then said, "I'll be back." When I came in the second time, the Jeep I was interested in was pulled up front to the curb for me to take a test drive in. When we came back, Mark went to do the figures. The rest of the sales staff were approachable, friendly, courteous and helpful. I bought the car that day. Within a couple of hours, I had traded my old car in, did all the paper work and walked out with a new car. It couldn't have been easier. I commended the General Manager on the whole staff (including the receptionist, Bambi). Terrific group. I'd do it all over if I had to. Gary More
All I have are good things to say about my experience at Georgetown Chrysler Jeep and Dodge. I came in with high hopes, and left out the door pretty much tap dancing. Being this my first car, and not exac Georgetown Chrysler Jeep and Dodge. I came in with high hopes, and left out the door pretty much tap dancing. Being this my first car, and not exactly the most wealthy person in the world I wanted a car that I would feel good in. The employee that I worked with, Keith, was very understanding and he actually listened to me when I spoke and I didn't feel like I was just trying to be sold a car. Whereas when I went to other dealerships around the area, I felt like I was being used and no one was listening to the type of car I wanted. Although my price range wasn't at the highest, Keith and the other wonderful employees truly worked WITH me to find a car that I would be happy with and kept on being so patient with me. In the end I found the perfect car that I am so excited about and can't wait to drive. My experience at Georgetown Chrysler Jeep and Dodge was so positive that I would 100% reccommend anyone to go there and find a car for themselves. My car search before coming into Georgetown was a nightmare and I was starting to lose hope on finding a car that I would love, and the people of Georgetown Chrysler Jeep and Dodge turned this into a reality. I honestly couldn't be happier. More
