I visited the Georgetown dealership to enquire as how to remove the soft top (which upon purchase came packed under the hardtop hindering access to the rear of the vehicle)of my Jeep. Upon returning the next day, Michelle greeted me with knowledge of who I was and promptly processed the paper work with friendliness, politeness, and efficiency. I only stopped into this dealership to pick up a soft top for a jeep my father had recently purchased. I had no intentions on purchasing a vehicle. Once the top was loaded in my pickup, and I was ready to le for a jeep my father had recently purchased. I had no intentions on purchasing a vehicle. Once the top was loaded in my pickup, and I was ready to leave, one of the guys helping, Rich Palacio, asked when I was getting out of my current truck and into a dodge ram. I said I was thinking of a new truck but just haven't seen anything I really liked. Rich showed me a few of the dodge rams and they were nice but just wasn't completely impressed with them. Then he showed me a ram 2500 diesel pickup that I fell in love with. We sat down with Joe and went over the numbers and it seemed do able. My only concern was I might need a co-signer. Then I met Omar and he said not to worry, he'd get me in that truck. And he di. I couldn't possibly be more happy with this truck. Everyone was extremely friendly and especiallyhelpful.
