I arrived to set-up an appointment for an oil change and was glad when they had an opening and could take care of it right away. It was very convenient for my schedule. Came to my rescue the day after Christmas!!! The towing guy on Route 7 (jj from sunoco?) recommended that i bring my Jeep to you guys as he thought maybe something may have been under warranty vs dropping guy on Route 7 (jj from sunoco?) recommended that i bring my Jeep to you guys as he thought maybe something may have been under warranty vs dropping it off at any local garage. Ive always gone to a dealership with all the cars ive had in my life and i thought going to Jeep was a good idea. I was more than right. I drove there the day after Christmas to see the boys rolling my wrangler out of Park. (battery was dead and i apparently busted the bushing...) Was fixed that very day and i had her back before the sun went down. I will say that as impressive as i was to have a complimentary 23 point inspection was shocked to see my oil light go on the next day ;) no worries! I recently brought my jeep in to my normal dealership and they hit me with $1200 worth of 'other things i need done'. Would love to bring it by this dealership for them to give me their opinion &/or a better deal. I like to give business where people help me and it looks like i found a new dealership to work with when i need help. thanks to all who helped me that day!!! -g More

I came in February 1 to have the transmission fluid checked on my Jeep and also to a price on 4 new tires. Keith immediately brought my car in to serviced and checked the transmission fluid. At the same time the service man noted that power steering fluid was low and added new fluid. Keith gave me a price on the four new tires and recommended that I should change the transmission fluid. Even though I knew exactly which jeep wrangler I wanted, Jeff still showed genuine interest and concern in making sure I knew everything about the car. We had just had a death in the family the day I put the deposit on the jeep, and his sensitivity to the situation and flexibility was very comforting. What I have been most pleased about however is how he has kept in touch and followed up with me after delivery. He has kept me updated, purchased some touch up paint for me, and even done research on some after market parts such as a ski rack and a hands free device. He is genuinely concerned with making sure that I am satisfied with my new jeep, and not just trying to make a sale. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better person to assist me in purchasing my first wrangler. Got to give a shout out to my man Carl for sending me to Jeff as well. More
