If you are looking for a quality used car, make sure to visit this dealership and ask for Mark Ballaro. I went to three other dealerships before buying my 2007 Jeep from Mark. The first place I visited e visit this dealership and ask for Mark Ballaro. I went to three other dealerships before buying my 2007 Jeep from Mark. The first place I visited employed a salesperson who spent a lot of time talking before "hearing" my buying criteria. This was somewhat surprising since I bought my last car there ... so he blew the chance to retain me as a customer. The second place had a prestigous name but their product fell short (and I don't think their service department had spent the money or time servicing the car I drove before it appeared on the lot). The third place was much better but didn't have a used car which met my criteria. This dealership is fortunate to have Mark. He is a people-person who listens and responds to questions. He knew his car inventory and was familiar with the car he sold me. He was accommodating when I asked for an opportunity to bring the car to a mechanic I personally trust. The few things that were discovered were immediately fixed. When it was time to sign the papers with the business manager, I felt he spoke a little too fast for my taste; things felt better after I asked him to slow down. As I reflect on my experience, it was unfortunate the service organization was not accessible. I wanted to understand the maintenance requirements with the first year of ownership and that part of the sales experience was unnecessarily laborious because the protocol is for the salesman to be the go-between. I had the uncomfortable impression the service department might be too profit-driven. In summary, I would give Mark an A+, the business manager a B and I hope management will seriously consider involving the service department in the sales process when the customer wants specific information from them. More
I gave this dealership a great rating because of Jennifer Saunders. After my Jeep broke down and the tow truck was late Jennifer kept the service dept. open after hours and waited for my arrival. Keith is awesome! He is always so friendly whenever I have to bring my car in for servicing. I just brought my car in for its 90k servicing. After the mechanics had looked at the car, Keith called to e have to bring my car in for servicing. I just brought my car in for its 90k servicing. After the mechanics had looked at the car, Keith called to explain what needed to be done, and pointed out a problem that I had forgotten to mention when I dropped the car off. He is also very understanding when it comes to cost. I had been out of work for 2.5 years and Keith was/is very conscience of that fact. I would highly recommend the service dept at Georgetown Dodge because of Keith. He is one of the good guys - there should be more like him. More
Annie is a family friend;she and Omar worked diligently to secure approval and did whatever it took to get me into my Chrysler 200. I had an appointment for a complimentary oil change for my new Chrysler to secure approval and did whatever it took to get me into my Chrysler 200. I had an appointment for a complimentary oil change for my new Chrysler 200 which was set up with a receptionist. I verified that the service was complimentary. Upon arriving before noon (scheduled time) I was told there would be at least a 2 hour wait. This wasn't a problem as most dealership service departments are very busy. I secured a ride and gave Ramon my contact info to contact me when it was complete. I also indicated that there were a couple of things that needed attention...heated seats didnt work; I was unaware how the fog lights worked and needed help setting up my bluetooth. When I left prior to the work being done I called back to again verify that the service was complimentary and was assured that it was. A few hours later Ramon called to say the work was complete and that I could pick up my vehicle. He informed me that fuses were missing for the seats which were installed and the fog lights were fine. He also said someone would help me with the bluetooth when I arrived. He then said that he was unaware of the complimentary oil change but would honor my request. Upon arrival my car was indeed ready for pick-up and Ramon was very gracious. I went back to the front end and spoke to my salesperson Annie briefly and then met a young man named Nick who helped activate my bluetooth service. He was extremely helpful and also very gracious and professional. Thank you Georgetown Chrysler...great job. More
