From the time we walked onto the sales lot, we were greeted with kindness from Edward Maldonado and the quality our sales experience just escalated from there. The General Sales Manager, Eric Shearn was excellent to work with. He went above and beyond to get our deal done. We were overwhelmed with the professionalism and courtesy we were extended from the onset of our relationship. Eric worked very hard to get us to the point of a sale and had his team working in sync to perform exactly as he needed. We have sold and purchased a few cars over the years and have NEVER expereienced such royalty treatment as we did with Eric. He is more than knowledgeable in his field and knows exactly how to perform in his capacity as General Sales Manager. I recently purchased a vehicle a mounth ago from this dealership. When I left for work the truck started displaying all sorts of warning lights. I had stopped for a cup of coffee and when I got back in, dealership. When I left for work the truck started displaying all sorts of warning lights. I had stopped for a cup of coffee and when I got back in, the truck did'nt start. I jump started it and drove it right down to the dealership. I spoke with Keith and told him the problem. He took it right in and checked it out. Later that day he called me up and luckily it was only a loose battery cable and I was able to pick it up that day. The guys in the service department are great. I was worried I would have to leave the truck and find a way to get around for a couple days but that wasn't the case. More

I knew my rear tires were balding the previous times I brought my truck in for service and thanks to Christa's reminder and recommondation, I was able to get new tires in a timely manner along with the oil change. Customer service goes a long way with me and often people and businesses forget the importance of that. However, that wasn't the case with your dealership and Christa exemplifies what terrific customer service is all about. I will definitely continue to do business with this dealership. More
I brought in our 2012 Chrysler Town and Country because one of the front head lights was not working. I was amazed to find out from Keith that someone had stolen it from the car. He was very diligent in explaining to me what happend and what it would take to fix it. I had to take the car home because the dealer did not have the part. I heard back from Keith the next day telling me that he had done a bunch of research and was able to locate a part right away and had also figured out a way to fix it that would save me a meaningful amount of money. He said that if I brought in the car, he could immediately fix it. I was so pleased and impressed with his initiative and care. I had not experienced this from any other service person at a dealer. I usually have the opposite experience. He meaninfully improved my imppression of the dealership. There should be more people like Keith. I hope you can recognize his value as he truly is an asset! I bought my 2012 Dodge Durango from Garavel Chrysler Jeep Dodge in May. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Annie Granchelli. This was after visiting two other dealerships and not being able to come to terms on a deal that worked for me. I contacted Garavel and Annie responded the same day. It only took one visit for them to locate the exact model, color, etc. and for the price that worked for me. Last week (November 2012) I stopped in to the service department, somewhat unexpectedly, because a minor issue with a fan came up. Christa Iannaccone still managed to get me in and in less than 2 hours, the service department had completed both the recommended service on my vehicle and replaced the fan. Customer service means everything to me and Garavel Chrysler Jeep Dodge deserves proper recognition. I would strongly recommend this dealership. By the way, I love my Durango. More
