I had to visit my local Jeep dealer as I had a recently purchased Jeep Compass with a satellite radio antenna issue. Initially it seemed as though Garavel didn't want to help and encouraged me to return to the dealer from which I had purchased the vehicle (100+ miles away!), after I told them that I wanted them to be my primary service dealer, they were more open to helping. The service was done on time and was covered (as expected) under warranty. Keith was very friendly and helpful, and my only complaint was the initial scheduling as it seemed like they were disinterested in helping a future customer. More
