I brought my car in at 8 AM and dealt with Michelle. She was very pleasant and just as pleasant at 5:30 PM when I picked up my car. Sadly I lost my crossover SUV in Hurricane Sandy. Fell in love with the 2013 design once I drove it, and just knew it was the right fit for me. My sales rep Ed Maldonado was extremely patient with me as I considered the myriad of vehicle additions, and then continued to be patient with me as I went back and forth on vehicle color! Everyone at Garavel worked together seamlessly to ensure I had a pleasurable experience. I've had my Jeep Grand Cherokee for about two weeks now and LOVE IT!
