Even though I knew exactly which jeep wrangler I wanted, Jeff still showed genuine interest and concern in making sure I knew everything about the car. We had just had a death in the family the day I put the deposit on the jeep, and his sensitivity to the situation and flexibility was very comforting. What I have been most pleased about however is how he has kept in touch and followed up with me after delivery. He has kept me updated, purchased some touch up paint for me, and even done research on some after market parts such as a ski rack and a hands free device. He is genuinely concerned with making sure that I am satisfied with my new jeep, and not just trying to make a sale. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better person to assist me in purchasing my first wrangler. Got to give a shout out to my man Carl for sending me to Jeff as well. More

First time I came into the dealership was in regards to my car. I was asking to get it inspected, due to not liking some of the sounds it was making. Michelle took the time out to ask me many questions abo my car. I was asking to get it inspected, due to not liking some of the sounds it was making. I was ready to pay for my inspections but was told they didn't find anything wrong and wanted me to to swing by whenever it was giving me problems again. I was told I did not have to pay!!!! I came back 5 days later due to my low tire light being on despite me putting air in my tires. I was told it was a sensor problem was was covered under my warranty. I didn't have an appointment and didn't have to wait long to get my car back. For someone who recently moved from Buffalo and is adjusting to a different environment, it was great to find such great assistance. Just wanted to say Thank You!!!!!!! More
