Your paperwork specialist, I didn't catch her name, gave me a last-minute refund. This is my third vehicle [actually fourth, note PS below*] from your outfit---a new white Dodge Caravan in 1988, a used 2007 ivory Jeep Patriot in 2010, and this 2013 white Dodge Dart. You are the probably the first place I will come to if I need yet another car, and I usually do not shop around, hence my reservations about whether you are the "best price" dealer.
