Annie Granchelli was excellent to work with through every step of the process. She was honest and trustworthy and I never felt she was simply trying to make a sale, but rather, trying to help my husband and step of the process. What can I say about Edward Maldonado? The best way I can describe Edward is that he is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! When you first meet Edward you instantly notice how professional and friendly he is. Then once you start working with him you get just how amazing he really is. After our first meeting me immediately gained my trust and respect. This is my second new car I have bought, but my first one at Garavel Autogroup. I wish my first experience could have been like the one I had here. Edward was a great listener, which is extremely important when you are making this kind of financial commitment. At no point did I feel Edward was trying to sell me a car, but rather felt like a friend advising me through a process. Edward went above and beyond the call of duty. He always answered my emails (and trust me there were alot from me). The emails usually ended with something funny from Edward, which was appreciated. He had a great sense of humor. The day of my closing really showed me how much Edward listened to me. I had found a car I wanted but there was one option the car didn't have. Even so, I still decided I was going to go with it because it was a limited edition car and I didn't want to lose it because it had everything else I wanted. Edward knew I was not 100%, so he took the time to discuss it and made me really assess how important that option was for me. After talking about it I realized that the option was what I really wanted and Edward took the time and was able to find a car with that option. I would have probably dwelled on that little option forever and am so appreciative that he instead of just closing a deal made sure I was 100% happy. That to me says it all. I also want to mention John Rossetti (the Sales Manger) was great as well. John and Edward both worked with me to get to the deal I wanted. Again, I never had this kind of service and attention from other places. After the close, Edward took me over and introduced me to the Customer Service staff and personally introduced me to everyone. Honestly, I have never been very fond of dealerships in the past as far as getting service done. They have always tended to be too pricey and lacked in their customer care. However, Garavel was a very diff the past as far as getting service done. They have always tended to be too pricey and lacked in their customer care. They were able to fix my problems (a few bad ones) and get my car turned around to me in less time than was originally estimated. All this, and at a good price too. Believe me, I checked around and Garavel definitely saved me some good money. I will definitely trust them to handle all my service needs from here on out. I woke up this morning to a flat tire on the driver's side. I have to drive to New York City and Brooklyn this weekend so I was a little concerned about getting this fixed today.
