Based on Ed Maldonado's outstanding customer service and professionalism and Omar's deep market expertise on the additional add on components I wanted to add to my new Jeep Sahara limited edition, there wasn't a question in my mind that I made right choice in switching dealerships and selecting the best one for the vehicle I was looking to purchase and retrofit! Both Omar and Ed are the consummate professionals and they made the whole buying experience both fun and interactive. I plan on remaining a loyal customer for many years to come and would unequivocally recommend the dealership and the team I dealt with to any of my friends and peers. I had to visit my local Jeep dealer as I had a recently purchased Jeep Compass with a satellite radio antenna issue. Initially it seemed as though Garavel didn't want to help and encouraged me to return t purchased Jeep Compass with a satellite radio antenna issue. Initially it seemed as though Garavel didn't want to help and encouraged me to return to the dealer from which I had purchased the vehicle (100+ miles away!), after I told them that I wanted them to be my primary service dealer, they were more open to helping. The service was done on time and was covered (as expected) under warranty. Keith was very friendly and helpful, and my only complaint was the initial scheduling as it seemed like they were disinterested in helping a future customer. More
