I have purchased 5 jeeps new and used, from them and have had them serviced only by this dealer. My experience today is good reason why. I originally had my 2004 Jeep scheduled for 12/16 for a list of items to be addressed including putting on 4 new snow tires. With the coming winter storm I asked if they could squeeze my car in today, 3 days early and they were able to accommodate me. They provided a rented car so I wouldn't have to wait, and promised the car would be ready by 4;PM. From the moment I walked in this morning and was greeted by name to when I picked up the jeep and had the work explained to me every detail was professionally and courtesously well done. This is a friendly well run place where you feel you can trust them to take care of you (fair pricing and going the extra mile to please), and your car being well maintained and serviced. Although I am looking forward to my next Jeep, a 2014, I am in no rush because my car runs so well, as if it were perhaps 2 years old not 9 years old. So I will hold onto it as it still looks good and runs flawlessly. I travel past two other closer jeep dealership to get to Garavel's and its worth it. More
