My salesman, Jeff Cefalu, in particular, could not have worked harder for me in his efforts to get me the best deal on the new Jeep, a fair trade for my current vehicle, and exhausted himself in trying to locate the specific vehicle I was looking for.. arranging to have it transferred to his dealership.. then having it prepped and ready for delivery in just 7 days as promised! I am enjoying my new Jeep very much and would definitely purchase another vehicle from this dealership again and would recommend to friends/family as well. NICE JOB!! More

Recently, my family had arrived in town for Graduation weekend, after a long flight and travel day, we were on our way to their hotel and our back passenger side window would not stay up. Frantic, I called the dealership hoping they could see me and they told me to come on in. They were able to fix my window within 2 hours and my family was back on their way. Although, it seems trivial, this was huge as the jeep couldn't have sat in a parking lot of a hotel for the weekend w/ a broken window. I was so grateful that a service professional was available and the part was in stock. It saved the weekend!!! Again, great service like this is why Garavel continues to be our dealership of choice! We had a wonderful experience with Annie at Garavel. They had contacted us to buy out the lease on our current Jeep however we were having a hard time connecting with our original salesperson - Annie to the had contacted us to buy out the lease on our current Jeep however we were having a hard time connecting with our original salesperson - Annie to the rescue! She got back to us immediately, got us a quote within two hours for our buyout on a holiday weekend and offered us an amazing deal for a new lease. She was incredibly helpful when we came in to meet with her, explained all the details of the buyout which we'd never done before and went above and beyond to track down the exact car we wanted with light interior which was very difficult to find. She rushed it so we wouldn't have to pay an additional month on our old car, made the switch out of cars in less than half an hour and walked us through all the new features after having her team remove all the plastic, covers, tags etc from the car and wash it so it was road ready! We emailed back and forth throughout the process like old friends, she really was wonderful to work with and the best part was I really trusted her that we were getting a good deal, not something you often feel when looking at cars! Wow! Where to start? My car had a lot of trouble starting when I left New Jersey for an important evening meeting in Norwalk. In desperation and fear that my car wouldn't start after my meeting when returning home to my family, I called Garavel. Keith answered, and though he explained that his techs would be gone by the time I arrived, he would be happy to take a look at my Jeep. When I arrived and explained my predicament, Keith had an employee quickly run out and check my car. With a clearly diagnosed bad starter, I thought I would be booking a hotel for the night. To my delight, Keith not only found a way to get the part for me on the spot, but had a tech stay after hours to make sure I could get home to my family that same night. To say I was grateful is an understatement. Keith and his team could not have been more understanding and helpful. A true service delivery center, this is hands down the best service experience I have had as a car owner. Thanks again to Keith and his team at Garavel for giving me a great experience, a great story, and helping me avoid a night away from my family. Came in for a scheduled service and Christa was very helpful in explaining what needed to be done. It need to have the fuel injector cleaned from carbon build up. I noticed the difference from driving i helpful in explaining what needed to be done. It need to have the fuel injector cleaned from carbon build up.
