Ed did a great job. The price was great, he kept in constant contact throughout the process and worked to locate the vehicle I wanted even though they had many on the lot - just no the color I was looking for. Check in was quick and easy and she kept me regularly updated on progress and ran through options for repairs when check-up was complet express lane. I was very impressed with the overall professionalism, punctuality, friendliness and thorough attention to detail that I experienced in purchasing my new Jeep. I had very specific demands for my Jeep, punctuality, friendliness and thorough attention to detail that I experienced in purchasing my new Jeep. I had very specific demands for my Jeep, both cosmetically and financially. I was very pleased to see the effort put forth by Jeff Cefalu as he tracked down the exact car I requested. He communicated with me, had his Locations Manager contact me on his day off, and kept his promise to have me in my car by the end of the week. During the price negotiation; I felt Jeff was on my side, constantly working different angles to get the deal done. It was not easy, but at the end of the day he made it happen for exactly the price I had come in with on paper. Very impressive. After agreeing to terms I had to close the deal with Paula Ramos, the dealership's Financial Manager. Once again, I had specific requests to have the car titled and insured in my business name, with me as the personal guarantor. Paula and I communicated on the phone to get this done as quickly as possible; however I forgot to mention a few things and needed to get back in touch with her. I called the dealership and could not reach Paula. Within 2 minutes of leaving a voice mail on her line, she returned my call, which I accidentally missed. She called me back a second time 1 minute later and we were able to make the necessary changes. I was so impressed by Paula's professionalism and punctuality; there have been too many times to count where voice mails are never returned and paperwork is done incorrectly. As a business owner I wish I could have all my employees work so diligently; Paula is a true professional and an extreme pleasure to deal with. She makes the usually painful financial process go as smooth as silk. Undoubtedly and unquestionably this is by far the most pleasant stress free car buying experience I have ever had. I highly recommend anyone start their car buying experience here. I only wish more businesses I have to deal with operated so efficiently and flawlessly. BRAVO! More

Will nevvvvvvvvvvvvver go back to Putnam Jeep ever ever ever ever again. Last Christmas I had a terrible problem happen to me on Christmas day and you guys took care of my girl the very next day. There was ever ever again. Last Christmas I had a terrible problem happen to me on Christmas day and you guys took care of my girl the very next day. There was a man there (suit. possible owner?) who made a comment when I said that I get my oil changed in Greenwich cause they give me free oil changes. He said, 'Well thats a very good reason to still go there'. I went back to Greenwich and they gave me a $1200 list of things I needed to do to my Jeep. I felt very leery of these 'repairs' and told myself that I would one day 'give back' to Garavel for them being so nice to me this past Christmas. I couldnt have been more surprised and pleased when my girl passed her 32 point inspection, got her oil changed, tires rotated and got an exterior car wash for next to nothing. ( Greenwich said due to State Environmental Laws they could not provide car washes... I sadly believed them for years.) Christa wowed me with not only telling me that there was nothing mechanically wrong with my girl but told me that I should extend my warranty. Done & done. I told Christa that my parents live up in Norwalk so no excuses to never not come up to Garavel to take care of my four wheeled 'girl'. You guys are great. Couldnt be more happy. Edward maldonado did everything i was looking for in a salesman. He came right outside to greet me, asked if he could help and then directed me to the vehicles that matched my desire. He answered all my questions about the jeep and set me up with the one that was best for me. He was persistent with our conversations and texts throughout the 2 week time it took to close deal but i never felt pressured. Paula was fabulous in that she took care of the lease with no hassles to me. She was quicker and more pkleasant than i could have asked for. i actually thought i was just dropping a check and filling out some forms when she told me that the deal was done and i could take my jeep home. I was surprised and thrilled to hear that. Both also were very friendly in just their conversations with me . I felt very comfortable with both and have already told a few of my friends who love my new jeep to go down and see them. Its nice to find people still who work to get the customer what he wants and needs. Thanks again to Paula and Edward. More
