I can't express how awesome Keith is. He is always very friendly, courteous and helpful. When I asked her a question about if the heat issue I had was under warranty she was very short and said "We have to see if you broke it or if it is a defect before I can tell you that" really????? If my heat just stopped working how could I have intentionally broken it. I just thanked her for that information and ended my phone converstion with her because I was shocked by her response and tone because that is not the kind of service I am used to from the Service Department. I called back and was lucky enough to speak to Nick who was most helpful and understanding and scheduled an appointment for me. I also did let Keith know when I brought my car in and he was so apologetic and I told him that he should not have to apologize for someone else's rudeness. I will never let Michelle try to help me again. More
