Amir El Sayed, our sales consultant, was perfect: informative, low-pressure and fun to talk to. The boring paperwork was amazingly efficient--Paula Ramos made the transition a 15 minute breeze. The Garavel dealership seems a happy and efficient place. It should be because the lot was jumping with customers. And yet, Amil patiently explained every gadget on our new Grand Cherokee and repeatedly urged us to come back or call with any questions. I had no idea how to even go about this process I was truly a fish out of water, however my sales rep Henry Welkes helped me tremendously he was knowledgeable, professional and efficient. He walked me through all the steps I didn't think I could do on my own, he answered every question I had, took as much time as I needed and was very patient. Once I figured out what I wanted it was time for the paperwork. Christine the Finance Mgr helped me through this part again she was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful, she helped me through all the paperwork and explained every detail of my purchase. I have never felt more comfortable buying anything as I did purchasing this car! Keith saved me thousands! I went in due to a noise I was hearing coming from the back of my Jeep Wrangler. I had previously gone to Midas where they said I needed all new susp I went in due to a noise I was hearing coming from the back of my Jeep Wrangler. I had previously gone to Midas where they said I needed all new suspension done at a cost of over $3000. I took it in to Keith for his team to give me a second opinion. Turns out it was nothing more than a loose set of bolts and apparently is somewhat common on Wranglers for this to happen. Keith was honest and didn't try to take advantage of me like the guys at Midas. I will always go back to Keith for all my service needs. More
