I called Garavel Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram on Westport Avenue last week about the new 2014 Jeep Latitude. It was hard to deal with Edward even though he always promised to give us a call or send email on the status or progress he never did. As well as he did not respond to my emails or voice messages. Arrived for an oil change and possible brake job. Keith assured me that if it was not needed then they would not do it. It was needed and while doing the brakes, they discovered that the emergency brake a assured me that if it was not needed then they would not do it. It was needed and while doing the brakes, they discovered that the emergency brake also needed to be done, which they did. They also found a bad caliper on the right front brake and had to get a new one, which they did as quickly as they could. I was informed every point of the way as to what they were doing. After completion they did a test drive and found air in the brake lines which they then went in and fixed. always happy with the service at Garavel's. More
