As very satisfied returning lessees, we found that Amir El Sayed is the best ever in service and advice quality and responsiveness. We began working with Amir 6 months ago and investigated the Jeep Compass in-depth. The time was not right for us then, so we returned during the past few days to continue our search for a new 2014 Compass Limited. Amir helped us see that a newly delivered 2015 Cherokee Limited was an even better choice! In every aspect of our decision process of identifying, evaluating, understanding, and getting comfortable with our best choices (including (i) best vehicle, model and option choices, (ii) leasing and financing options, (iii) trade-in credits, (iv) pricing, terms and timing discussions, and (v) features, technology and mastery of all functions) -- Amir could not have done a more effective or efficient job for us. Im sure you can pull up my file and see who assisted me. For all I know it was the same guy as both were friendly, funny and professional. Doesn't get better than that. The express lane is perfect. I used to go to the one in Greenwich because 'it was free' and was always hit with other charges that made me raise an eyebrow and come to realize that sometimes free doesn't always mean 'great service'. On top of the express lane, you do the 32 point inspection to make sure my 4 wheeled beauty is up to par. Friendly staff. Love you guys. :) More
