They treat me like a friend rather than a customer and the service team is always engaging, friendly and fun. Even Paul stops by to say hi. Paul's personality and style is clearly echoed by his fabulous team. My most recent visit was welcomed by Lawrence Pearson. He kept me updated throughout my wait what the expected wait time would be and what the status was. Whether I am there for 5 minutes or 45 minutes, it's encouraging to know that they remember I am there and keep me informed where I stand. Thanks Paul, Al, Annie, Lawrence for setting the bar high. Even if I didn't love my Jeep as much as I do--the Garavel team would be enough to bring me back. Good thing I love my Jeep too!!! More

Leaking sun roof emergency After a big snowstorm, I went into my car the following day, to find water was leaking in through my sun roof, not just a trickle...a lot!! It was nearly 4:00 pm when I pulled into the service department at Garavel. I was fully expecting them to throw some plastic and tape up as a temporary fix until I could schedule an appointment. I was greeted immediately and was directed to Nick Collins a service advisor there. He very politely showed me where I could have a seat and some coffee and he said he would have a look see. Well...I barely had time to enjoy my coffe, the job was done! What an outstanding experience.. Nick was delightful, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He explained the problem, a quick fix and I was on my way. We purchased our jeep there and with service like this, it's going to be our go to dealership! Thank you!! More

Without an appointment at Superb After a disastrous experience with Executive Nissan in north haven yesterday, I felt like in heaven at Garavel today. Without an appointment at Superbowl-Day I was right taken care of this Sunday. Several option were discussed to find the right car for me and my family. Steve P. made the process easy from looking at the cars in the snowed over lot, over test driving the vehicle, to the final purchase. I was able to leave with a Jeep Compass just a couple of hours later. I spend more than I initially intended, and strongly believe that I got a very good deal for my buck and am absolutely content with the choices I made today. Garaval may forgive me that I hope to have such a great experience only again in seven to ten years as I like my vehicles to last, but they will surely be on the top of my list to visit, when time has come or my wife needs her next car. Be Aware I bought a used car from this dealership. They were supposed to fix some problems before I picked up the car. When I went to pick up the car half of w I bought a used car from this dealership. They were supposed to fix some problems before I picked up the car. When I went to pick up the car half of what I asked & negotiated for wasn't done. After I got it home there are so many problems I don't know where to begin. Be aware make sure you have any used car checked out. I would avoid this dealership at all costs. More
