Excwllent Keith has been so helpful to me in the 8 years I have owned my Sebring, but this time he out did himself. Being an older widow is tough enough, but since we get ripped off enough, it's so good to know I can trust him and he will do the right thing for me and give me the best price. This incident involved having to have my car towed to the dealership with numerous problems, but he made sure that the battery they had installed was still in warranty, explained each problem and how they would fix it and how much it would cost, gave me options as to my choices and explained each in detail. He called to give me updates on the progress of the repairs and left detailed messages if I couldn't get to the phone. This Spring I plan to turn the car into them and purchase a new one. It will be my 5th or 6th Chrysler and it's a real tribute to them that I actually trust a dealership! Thanks, Keith! You made a wary senior a believer! More

Bad Brakes I guess you could say that Keith saved my life! He 'grounded' my car because my rear brakes were inoperative and the front brakes were barely function I guess you could say that Keith saved my life! They treat me like a friend rather than a customer and the service team is always engaging, friendly and fun. Even Paul stops by to say hi. Paul's personality and style is clearly echoed by his fabulous team. My most recent visit was welcomed by Lawrence Pearson. He kept me updated throughout my wait what the expected wait time would be and what the status was. Whether I am there for 5 minutes or 45 minutes, it's encouraging to know that they remember I am there and keep me informed where I stand. Thanks Paul, Al, Annie, Lawrence for setting the bar high.
