He's also followed up to generally see how I'm liking the car so far. Paula Ramos was also really nice. I interacted with Paula less than Karl, but Paula was still very helpful. She was also not pushy when it came to things like adding on an additional warranty, which was nice. More

Locks no longer working My car decided it no longer wanted to lock or unlock with the key fobs, which were tested and deemed fine. I dropped off my Jeep in the morning, received a ride to work, was called with the problem and the estimate by 12:30 and my Jeep was ready to go by 3:30 with a price that was even lower than the estimate! Keith was very friendly and helpful and I hope I work with him again next time I need my Jeep serviced! More

He gave me is card and said call anytime if I had more question or would like additional materials. On my next visit (to buy), he was right there and made the buying process nearly painless. Even after the deal was done, he called to make sure I was happy and encouraged me to come back if there were any issues. Too bad more salespeople aren't like Doug. Great overall experience. More
Annie and Paula -- What a Team!! I walked in and was immediately greeted by Annie and her smile. I explained to Annie how I was at Stamford Hyundai the previous day to purchase a San I walked in and was immediately greeted by Annie and her smile. I explained to Annie how I was at Stamford Hyundai the previous day to purchase a Santa Fe. I ended up walking out after they had me wait almost 7 hours for my new car. During that 7th hour, I was told that they wanted an additional $4,500 to (in their words) "sweeten their pie." I cannot say enough about Annie. She is so nice, friendly, down-to-earth, and she worked tirelessly to put me in my 2014 Jeep Cherokee. When my 2-year lease is up, I will definitely be a repeat customer and ask for Annie. Paula did my financing and couldn't have been more accommodating. It was so refreshing to work with Annie and Paula after having such a horrendous experience with Stamford Hyundai. They made everything so easy for me and I drove my new car home that same day. Annie and Paula -- what a team and they will definitely be seeing me again!! More

I have purchased/leased at least 30 vechiles in my life for myself or my clients as their advisor. I can say without hesitation that my experience with Doug Tulloch of Garavel Jeep in Norwalk Connecticut was by far the most professional and pleasurable (never thought I would use that adjective when describing the process of purchasing a new car) experience I have ever had. Doug has a very friendly but at the same time professional manner. He was knowlegable about the product and I never once felt like he was trying to sell me the car, but rather he was listening and helping me get what I needed. Three other of Doug's characteristics that made my experience pleasurable was his enthusiastic can do attitude, his transparency (being upfront and clear - - no nonsense) and his lightening quick responses to my e-mails or other requests. As an example, I called Doug about a very minor question about the appearance of the mirrors the Jeep I was considering. The Jeep was parked on the far side of a very big lot. Without hesitation he told me to hold on while he ran over to check it out. Customer sevice seems to be a lost art. There are too many businesses that treat their clients with disregard. Doug gets it! He is competent, friendly, responsive and unfortunately the type of person you don't run into more often. Do yourself a favor and ask for Doug! Tremendous Experience I was having problems with my 2004 Jeep Limited overheating. After explaining the situation to Nick, we set up an appointment for the next day, this I was having problems with my 2004 Jeep Limited overheating. After explaining the situation to Nick, we set up an appointment for the next day, this past Tuesday. When I arrived I was greeted by Nick who said welcome to the family, I felt very comfortable. I then sat down with Keith who wrote up the service request. He was knowledgeable, helpful in explaining what was going to be done, and very efficient, the whole process took less than five minutes. What was impressive was the service area had enough writers that no one had to wait too long. Keith also took care of a recall item with great ease. They then provided a courtesy ride to my home. The jeep was promised to be ready by three, and at two I received a call that the jeep was fixed and ready to be picked up. When I arrived, Nick explained what the recall was about, and I appreciated that. Again, upon arriving, paying and leaving all took less than five minutes. We previously went out of our way to take our jeeps back to White Plains jeep where be purchased them for service. Both service departments do quality work, and this one is much closer, so we are converted. When needed, since they set such a high standard, I will hold them to that, and look forward to my next service. Thanks, Joe More

Service I was very impressed with the Service Dept at Garavel. I called on Saturday with a check engine light indicator. I spoke to Nick on the phone who then I was very impressed with the Service Dept at Garavel. I called on Saturday with a check engine light indicator. I spoke to Nick on the phone who then told me I could bring it in same day and they would diagnose the issue. I was in and out within an hour with the issue identified and corrected! I appreciate the Saturday service hours as it would be too difficult to get in during the week. Overall, between sales and service, I could not be happier. More
