The service team at Garavel took care of me and made sure they did all they could to get to the bottom of the problem, and they finally did. The team of people I worked within the service dept. were fantastic and I can't thank them enough for the time and attention they gave to me. I especially want to thank Nick and Fred for their outstanding customer service. I have owned 4 previous Jeeps and for my next purchase, I will surely be coming to Garavel. If the rest of the staff is half as good as Nick and Fred are, it will be a great experience. Lucky for us, Annie was available at that very moment we walked in and in hindsight we could not be happier. Not only was Annie extremely personable but she was also very fun and informative. We had no idea what to expect when we got there, but we quickly realized that their sole goal at Garavel is to get you into the car that is everything you want. There was absolutely no pressure at any point during our two visits. I had wanted a Jeep since the day I started driving and I was very specific about what I wanted in my car. Annie and Mark worked tirelessly to find me my perfect fit, and they searched high and low until they found it. This was a huge purchase for me, and Mark was able to run me through multiple options until I found a payment plan that worked the best and was manageable for me. The best part about this whole experience was that everyone there was genuinely happy for me when I finally made my decision to get my Jeep. Best Car buying experience I've ever had I've bought 11 cars in my 10 years of driving and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. I was able to show up on a Saturday, trade in I've bought 11 cars in my 10 years of driving and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. I was able to show up on a Saturday, trade in my vehicle and finance a wrangler from them in 3 hours total and drove my new car home that day. They took care of everything for me, I didn't even need to call my insurance company to update my auto policy because they did it for me. They registered the wrangler for me and switched my plates over. I was in and out in three hours total with a new vehicle. Great Sales and finance team. I will absolutely buy from them again! More
