This is my fourth occasion bringing my 2010 ram 1500 for service at Garavel auto group, during all occasions Keith has helped me. He has been both courteous and professional on all occasions. I also own a Mercedes which is serviced at the Mercedes dealership in Greenwich and I must say that the experience with Keith at Garavel has been more professional and a better overall experience than that at Mercedes. I was very happy with my visit. They opened early 7:27am scheduled to open at 7:30am thats Big. It was hard to deal with Edward even though he always promised to give us a call or send email on the status or progress he never did. As well as he did not respond to my emails or voice messages.
