I also own a Mercedes which is serviced at the Mercedes dealership in Greenwich and I must say that the experience with Keith at Garavel has been more professional and a better overall experience than that at Mercedes. Keith had reminded me of a recall on my vehicle that I failed to address. In addition he attempted to address a strange noise that was coming from the passenger side. Great experience, great service. Following the sale, his explanations of the amazing, but initially complex technologies to my wife and I (older, less technically adept!) were patient and thorough. Paula was welcoming, cheerful, humorous, efficient (and pretty!), making time fly and setting us at ease. When my wife was leaving, they both called her by name, saying they were heading out for a cup of coffee and thanked her for coming in. She said they deserved a martini instead. True. More

I was very happy with my visit. They opened early 7:27am scheduled to open at 7:30am thats Big. Free coffee and water a clean waiting room with Flat screen Tv- comfortable ,restrooms were clean too. I'm just a customer but I can be a pain in the butt ! They actually put up with me and my questions.Good job guys. For the record no I didn't buy my jeep at Garavel and no I'm not getting paid for this review. Just credit due. I am going to Norwalk, CT when I come home for the holidays to get the Jeep and I can thank Garavel's amazing employees. It was hard to deal with Edward even though he always promised to give us a call or send email on the status or progress he never did. As well as he did not respond to my emails or voice messages. Even when we finally managed to get him on the phone and he promised to send some information over email right away he never did. Was very hard to deal with Edward. Eventually, I had to ask to switch to another sales associate which whom we had a good experience. More
