Keith saved me thousands! I went in due to a noise I was hearing coming from the back of my Jeep Wrangler. I had previously gone to Midas where they said I needed all new susp I went in due to a noise I was hearing coming from the back of my Jeep Wrangler. I had previously gone to Midas where they said I needed all new suspension done at a cost of over $3000. I took it in to Keith for his team to give me a second opinion. Turns out it was nothing more than a loose set of bolts and apparently is somewhat common on Wranglers for this to happen. Keith was honest and didn't try to take advantage of me like the guys at Midas. I will always go back to Keith for all my service needs. More

It was Tom who greeted us at the door on a very busy Saturday, there wasn't a salesperson available at that time so he gave us the keys to the car we were interested in and said "take it for a ride" We sat down with a salesperson upon our return and purchased the vehicle. Now 2 1/2 years later we received a phone call asking if we might be interested in trading our 2012 for an upgrade to a 2014, it never hurts to look so I went in and was introduced to Henry, he showed me the 2014 stock available but I found nothing that really appealed to me.. There was no pressure from Henry and he told me when I left that if something came in that was in the color combination I was interested in he would give me a call. I was surprised to hear from him several days later informing me that something had come in and was exactly what I wanted but a 2015, I was a little apprehensive but agreed to stop by and take a look, again no pressure. Needless to say I now am the owner of a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited.. At no time did I feel pressured to buy, Paula in finance was wonderful, she got me the best financing rate possible. I was able to purchase the vehicle and drive it home in about 1 1/2 hours. Bambi at the front desk was friendly and professional. Overall I would recommend this dealership to everybody. I will also continue to service my Jeep there as the service dept. is great. More

Misrepresentation of a major option I was sold a jeep grand Cherokee with what I was told to be a full navigation system that I would talk to in a full sentence. What I got was a downloaded navigation system that seems to be using ten year old technology, that you have to give the address to backwards. When I originally asked Amir about the navigation system he assured me that I could speak into it like my phones gps. The download didn't work before I picked up the Jeep but again I was assured it would work perfectly by Amir and he would send me a new code so that I could download it my self, which I did. After I had completed the download it wasn't working as I expected so I brought the Jeep back to the Garavel dealership the Saturday after I picked up the jeep and informed Amir of my problem. As it turns out Jeep offers two different navigation systems a factory installed and a downloaded version, and they work differently. Had I been told about this difference I wouldn't have bought this vehicle, I would have gotten a different vehicle. I then had a discussion with the sales manager Al I had asked him to fix it, he told me that he could do nothing about this problem and that "You Got Exactly What You Paid For". He had also said that If I was going to leave the vehicle at the dealership he would have it towed off of his private property. I now have been mislead and cheated by Garavel Jeep and I have a vehicle I'm not happy with. I understand that problems happen sometimes, it's how someone handles the problem that makes them shine or not. I have given Garavel Jeep many opportunities to rectify this issue to date they have chosen not to fix it. Ted Davey More
