I had an idea of what I was looking for and Jeff worked tirelessly to provide me with all of the right information and suggestions before we decided on a factory build. After the purchase order was completed he was in constant contact to walk me through each step of the production schedule as it happened. He seemed equally as excited of my car's impending arrival as I was. On the date of pick up he spent a much longer time than I would have ever expected taking me through every detail of my new cars functions, even pairing my phone to the new car. I've been going to Garavel CJDR for five years now and Keith has primarily been my service representative over that time. So the second I walk through the door I know my vehicle is in good hands. He made sure to go over the details of the service to be completed and gave me his best quote for the service, which came in under his typically spot on amount. Easy drop off and pick up with no surprise problems. If your answer to something is "no," he carries right along and brings you to the next option. Amir is easy to follow in his pitch and lays your choices out in straightforward terms. He is not pushy at all and will give you time to think and weigh your options, and only offers his personal opinion if it is solicited.
