They had the exact model (2015 white sahara with body colored top) I was looking for and beat all the other prices I was quoted, saving me around 3-4k. Kyle was extremley friendly and patient with all my questions. Answered all emails and calls in a timely manner. Kyle was not pushy at all, I never felt pressured and he was genuine. Paula was very nice and had the financing approved in only a few hours with a great rate. Honestly could not have had a better/easier new car buying experience (and I have had quite a few). The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 for quality of work was for my short experience with service department. I had the tires changed and they left all the stickers all over them that I had to peel off myself and then get the glue off. However they did the work quick and the new tires/rims looked great. Overall definitely recommend visiting if you are in the market for a jeep, ask for Kyle and Paula! More

Going The Extra Mile I have an 04 jeep grand cherokee. I love it and have had it for a decade. There are known issues with o2 sensor, idle air and PCMs on this model. Ive read forums on how difficult it is to diagnose and fix since the error messages are decieving and sometimes linked to further problems. Mine was no different. First time The crew (service desk & mechanics) at Garavel diagnosed and fixed the unstable idle, wires. Couple months later an oil change company reset my computer and all xxxx broke lose again. The guys at Garavel new what i had put into it getting it back to normal and was unusually sympathetic. What surprised me was that Fred (mech guru) made it his personal mission to solve this issue and was willing to wave his labor cost to do just that. He found the solution and calmed the angry beast with minimal cost to me. He took the time to show and explain the issue at hand. Most places would look for ways to make more money out of the situation but not Fred. He just wanted to deliver good work and service. Im very grateful to the friendly and knowledable team at Garavel Jeep in Norwalk. When its time to upgrade you know ill be going back to Garavel. More
