He recommended a CPO Jeep Grand Cherokee with all the bells and whistles. Karl knew ever answer to all our questions and even shared some information we didn't think to ask. He was patient with us, even despite the going back and forth the days after. We eventually went with our gut and got the Jeep, and it was all thanks to Karl!
