Bad Brakes I guess you could say that Keith saved my life! He 'grounded' my car because my rear brakes were inoperative and the front brakes were barely function I guess you could say that Keith saved my life! This incident involved having to have my car towed to the dealership with numerous problems, but he made sure that the battery they had installed was still in warranty, explained each problem and how they would fix it and how much it would cost, gave me options as to my choices and explained each in detail. He called to give me updates on the progress of the repairs and left detailed messages if I couldn't get to the phone. This Spring I plan to turn the car into them and purchase a new one.
