It was nearly 4:00 pm when I pulled into the service department at Garavel. I was fully expecting them to throw some plastic and tape up as a temporary fix until I could schedule an appointment. I was greeted immediately and was directed to Nick Collins a service advisor there. He very politely showed me where I could have a seat and some coffee and he said he would have a look see. Well...I barely had time to enjoy my coffe, the job was done! What an outstanding experience.. Nick was delightful, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He explained the problem, a quick fix and I was on my way. We purchased our jeep there and with service like this, it's going to be our go to dealership! Thank you!! More

Without an appointment at Superb After a disastrous experience with Executive Nissan in north haven yesterday, I felt like in heaven at Garavel today. Without an appointment at Superbowl-Day I was right taken care of this Sunday. Several option were discussed to find the right car for me and my family. Steve P. made the process easy from looking at the cars in the snowed over lot, over test driving the vehicle, to the final purchase. I was able to leave with a Jeep Compass just a couple of hours later. I spend more than I initially intended, and strongly believe that I got a very good deal for my buck and am absolutely content with the choices I made today. Garaval may forgive me that I hope to have such a great experience only again in seven to ten years as I like my vehicles to last, but they will surely be on the top of my list to visit, when time has come or my wife needs her next car. Be Aware I bought a used car from this dealership. They were supposed to fix some problems before I picked up the car.
