Everyone associated with those dealerships have two words that they live by every day “CUSTOMER SATISFACTION”. During my most recent visit these two words could not have been more evident when I dealt with General Sales Manager, Al Tolomeo, sales consultant, Amir Elsayed and finance consultant Christine Carey. I certainly didn't buy the most expensive car they sold that day but they sure made me feel like I did. Unfortunately, I missed approximately 10 months of work when an uninsured motorist slammed into the rear of my police car. This left me in a difficult financial situation. However, my son just got his driver’s license and needed a car. Amir and Christine worked with me on vehicle selection and financing. They made the entire process the best car buying experience that I've ever had. They were both very "down to earth". I felt like I was buying a car from a family member. I can also testify to the fact that their service after the sale is exceptional. Their service department is knowledgeable, professional, transparent and equally considerate to everyone. Selling a Salesman not easy. Having sold cars for a few years I know we can be the toughest customers to deal with because we think we know everything. Oh ??NOOOOOOOOO!!!!! NOT ANOTHER TRANSMISSION????!!!!!! Yep! And it's gonna cost ya, too! That's the bad news. The good news is that I have Keith Zarembski taking care of me. He's had my back on any and all major repairs I've had on my 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 since I bought it (used) off their lot in 2004. And though I can't say I'm really pleased with having to replace yet another transmission (my 3rd) in my truck,..... hey, that's life behind the wheel my friends. But what makes it even more unpleasant is that I need my truck for work and not having it costs me money on top of the repair bill. But Keith helped me get a really good price with a good warranty on a factory rebuild and within a couple of days, I'm back in business. He saved me a bundle of cash and precious time. Because he knows,... and he cares. And that's what it's all about. Dude,... you rock! More
