Failing emissions I made an appointment at Garavel Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram because my obd sensors were showing not ready on the emissions test. I initially spoke with K I made an appointment at Garavel Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram because my obd sensors were showing not ready on the emissions test. I initially spoke with Keith Zarembski who was very kind and offered to take my jeep with out an appointment the same day but I would have to leave the vehicle. I decided to make an early appointment for the following Saturday. On Saturday I spoke with Nick Collins. Very nice , very knowledgeable, explained the problem with great patience. I would need to drive the vehicle for a certain number of miles for it to reset. For some reason I continued to fail the emmisions the obd was not ready. I made another appointment with Nick Collins. This guy is absolutely the best. Again Nick explained everything in great detail. My vehicle was taken care of imiedietly and afterwards Nick and Keith both explained the problems with emisions with older vehicles. After another week I failed emissions again. I returned to the dealership. Again That afternoon Nick and Keith explained the issue to me. They explained again after testing all of the systems thAt the car was working fine. It's just the newer computers at emisions do not work well on some older vehicles. Nick and Keith have taken SUCH GOOD CARE of me I really will always be loyal to this dealership. Every new car, every service will be here. It's all about quality and value. I have never before been treated so fairly and kind. I just feel like they really care about the customers and vehicles. This is top notch service. Absolutely the best of the best. FIVE STARS X A MILLION More
